The Jakob-Friedrich-Schöllkopf-Schule is an upper secondary grammar school with a special focus on business administration and economics. The catchment area is mainly suburban, but also rural. Children of immigrants visit our school, but are definitely underrepresented at this school level.
The successful participation in three previous Comenius projects has strengthened our view that this form of cooperation is an important contribution to developing a better mutual understanding and, on the long run, to achieving a common European identity. Students as well as teachers profit immensely from this cooperation by gaining insight into the living conditions and attitudes in the countries and cultures involved in the project.
